Are you open year round?

We are a seasonal campground. Our operating dates are March 1st to November 1st each year.

How do we reserve a campsite?

Call us at 865-397-2998 to add your name to wait list for a seasonal site. You're also welcome to stop by the campground for a tour.

What are your daily hours?

Our daily hours are approximately 7am to 5pm. We open very early for fishermen and close when we are not busy.

Are there hook-ups (electric, water, etc.)?

Our sites offer 30 amp electrical service and water and sewer.  Many of our campers choose to put in their own power for their campsite.  See the store for more details about this.

Are there on-site bathrooms? Showers?

Yes, we have bathhouses with showers located at the end of the store.

Do you have a boat launch?

There are two boat launches with year round access to the lake. These boat launches are open year round. They do not close in the winter. They are self-serve and self-pay.

Is there a store on the property?

Yes, we have a general store open approximately from 7am-5pm offering toiletries, snacks, ice cream, live and artificial bait, RV parts, LP gas and various camping supplies.

What amenities are nearby?

The campground has a swimming pool, basketball court, pavilion, laundromat, activities room, and 2 boat launches. French Broad Baptist Church graciously offers an on-site Sunday School class weekly.
