We strive to furnish a family-oriented campground with a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We ask that you set the volume of your radios, television, and tone of group meetings to be heard for your campsite only. Minors and teens are required to be on their campsite by 10pm.

The first payment on campsite rental is due by March 30th. At present, there is not a mandated method of payment, however, payment is due in full by September 1st. As of September 2nd, A late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied. No exceptions. An additional late fee will be added monthly until the balance is paid in full. If there is an unpaid balance as of February 1st of the new season, the camper will be moved into storage until the balance is paid.

Only one camper allowed per site. When placing camper on site or changing existing camper, it must remain on original boundaries of site including slide outs. Slide out, other structures or personal property must not encroach on to neighbor’s site. No additional campers or tents may be placed on your site.

Do not alter campground electrical outlets. You must have pre-approval for placement of satellite dish.

Due to congested shoreline, addition or transfer of floating dock is not allowed.

Use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for any theft.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool. Swimming pool is for registered guests only. Appropriate swimming attire must worn. No thong or Brazilian swimwear is permitted. Cover-ups are strongly suggested when not in pool area. No life guard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any damage due to wind, falling limbs, other fallen objects or any other acts of nature.

Campers cannot be subleased. This will result in immediate termination of campsite rental.

Our dumpsters are offered as a convenience to our customers and for bagged household garbage only. DO NOT deposit wood, appliances, batteries, etc. in the dumpsters. Please dispose of fish remains properly. DO NOT deposit them in the dumpster. DO NOT place garbage on the ground. Per EPA, nothing can be burned on the property other than leaves, brush and trees.

All building plans must be approved through the campground management prior to beginning any work. You must submit a rough drawing of plans and have signed permission by management before starting. Porches may be screened or glass with aluminum frame. Absolutely no enclosed rooms or porches. Porches or roofs that enclose entire camper are not allowed. Roofs are to be over porch only and as low as possible. No tin is allowed underpinning or siding. We do not allow outbuildings. Absolutely no electricity is to be supplied to out building.

Occasionally, you may have friends and family visit you while you are at your camper. All visitors must register. Visitors must abide by all campground rules. Your guests must pay the launch fee if they use the boat launch. You are responsible for your guest(s). Rental agreement may be terminated at the discretion of the owners of DLC as a result of actions of your visitors. Management must be notified if guests are going to be at your camper while you are not camping. There is a per person daily rate and / or an overnight rate for guests. You are financially responsible for your guests. Guests are ANYONE other than your spouse and minor children.

For your safety, bikes must not be ridden after dark. Bicyclist must be aware that they share the road with golf carts, other vehicles, other cyclists and pedestrians. Tennessee state law (T.C.A. 55-52-105) requires cyclists under the age of 16 to wear a helmet.

Parking is very limited in boat launch area and is reserved for registered guests and paying customers. Please do not leave your vehicle and trailer parked on the boat ramp overnight.

Golf carts are to be operated by adults only. However, anyone 16 years of age or older with a valid drivers license may operate a golf cart with adult supervision. If you have a guest or anyone in your party whose age may come into question, you must be able to furnish a copy of proof of age and license to office PRIOR to any operation of cart. Noncompliance may result in termination of rental agreement and/or golf cart privileges. You assume all liability for any damages done by your golf cart.

It is the responsibility of seasonal campers to keep the site clean and keep the lawn mowed. If grass reaches unacceptable level, it will be mowed by management a $20 fee will be charged to the campsite balance. When pulling your camper out, you must not leave any debris behind. Sites are designed for 2 vehicle parking. You should NOT have more than 2 vehicles on your site.

No alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Pets are the responsibility of the owner and must be kept on a leash. You must ensure that your pet does not become a nuisance to other campers and control your pet’s noise level. Pets must not be left unattended. You must pick up after your pet. Dangerous dog breeds are not allowed in the campground. Those breeds include, but are not limited to: Chow, Pit Bull, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers. You assume all liability of your pets.

Absolutely no washing machines in campers. This will result in automatic termination of rental agreement.

Due to the high cost of electricity, we request you not use electric heat, electric cooking appliance, electric heaters, flood lights, freezers, etc. We expect only standard camper equipment to be used. We also request you remember to turn off the air conditioner when you leave and will not return for days. If you plan to use any of the above items, there will be a charge for additional electricity used. Some of the charges include: apartment sized refrigerator - $75/year or a full sized refrigerator - $100/year.

No “For Sale” signs allowed on camper, vehicles, boats, PWC, etc. All listings and sales made on the campground property must be handled through the office. Rental agreement is non-transferrable. If your camper is sold without knowledge of management, your camper must be moved off the site.

Campground is open March 1st - November 1st. These are non-residential sites and are intended for recreation purposes only. The site is for the sole use of the person who established the rental agreement and his/her immediate family (spouse and minor children.) If you allow someone to use your campsite when you’re not here, there is a charge of $110 per day. It is the responsibility of the seasonal renter to make sure this is paid. If left unpaid, the charges will be added to your seasonal rent. Abuse of visitation rule and/or lack of payment for visitors may result in loss of campsite. You are responsible for the actions of your guests. Any vandalism by a family member or guest may result in termination of rental agreement. Management must be notified if someone is staying in your camper while you are not here.
